Recycling the Past recently raised more than $2,000 for Festival Hill during a benefit dinner at Round Top Ballroom featuring Chef Monica Pope.

More than 65 people came to enjoy Sparrow Bar and Cookshop’s Chef Monica Pope’s locally sourced and globally inspired culinary skills. Attendees dined amongst amazing artifacts from around the world in the 12,000-square-foot curated event space, the Round Top Ballroom

It was a great time to benefit a great cause. James Dick’s Round Top Festival Institute educates and fosters young musicians. Students come from conservatories and universities in the United States and abroad to pursue their musical studies at Round Top under the guidance of international faculty.

Matt White, owner of RTP, was thrilled to marry his love for Festival Hill, food and entertaining in one night with an amazing event.
